I've been here right at 3 years now. I'm moving out in a month. It's really not that bad of place to live. I've never had any problems with bugs, rodents, etc. I do have to say that I agree about the water bill, I live by myself and the water bill is $40 a month. The staff has changed so much over the past 3 years that it's hard to say that they are lazy but maybe more less knowledgeable about what's going on. Maintenance is fairly slow in responding to service calls. I've had issues with my AC every spring and it seems like it take 2 days for them to come out, kind of a long time when you have no AC!! The gates never work here. So a gated community it is not. It is however a quiet place to live. I've never had any noise issues since I've live here.
