Everyone is right about the water bills. Higher than a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in the same area with 5 residents!!! The management will show you the "amenities" on your tour. Don't let them kid you, there are none. Unless you are wealthy (in which case you wouldn't live here anyway) and are home every day, you will HARDLY EVER find the pool open. It looks nice from the parking lot. Hope that's all you care about. The "hot tub" can be nice on the rare occasion that you are allowed into the pool area. The only problem there is that the less intelligent residents think that it is a "kiddie pool" and turn their little rugrats loose in it with no supervision. There goes another one.
