I've been leaving here at Lincoln Hills for almost two years. Nice office management. No bugs if you know how to be clean. I first moved to a 1 bedroom, never had a maintenance problem, now I live at a two bedroom apt. neightbors are friendly no problems. Very quiet at night, price is good, water bill WAS high, and I didnt owe a washer. but after 18 months of living here I had to learn to save water, my last water bill from Aug.2007 was $35.<- WOW! Lincoln Hills just need to work on the gate, its always broken. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

This must be somebody in the management. S/he is the only one receiving the special treatment. They have "sent" the pest control in my apartment so many times, but I have never seen a dead roach or any difference. I was away for a month, and my waterbill still came up to $50. The bill is not best on how much water you use, so it does not matter how much you use. This review is deceiving. Do not waste your time.
