Hidden Fees

Low rent price. Try again. Lots of hidden fees. Water, garbage and now pest control that does not work. Last time I had a pest problem, I had to take care myself because the "pest control" company could not get rid of the pests. They charge through the roof for water. Some residents pay more then $200.00 per month.
