Besides the fact that I was lied to when I first moved in about when my apartment would be available and I had to get a hotel when the key wasn't available, it hasn't been bad, once I actually got to move in. The maintenance staff have been fairly prompt, the front office is friendly and for the most part try to help you. Do not rent a basement level apartment as this is where you run into the most pest problems that they can't seem to get rid of. The tubs keep clogging. They were very prompt at fixing a problem in my apartment when the apartment above me's washer flooded my apartment. The best part is the education system that you end up in being a resident of the apartments!
