The water bill is ridicules!! I live alone, no washer, I hand wash my dishes most the time, but yet my water bill always seems to average about $80 a month. I ve NEVER paid that much for water in an apartment, even with a washer/dryer. The gates are ALWAYS broken. And when the do decide to close them, they keep the exit gate open which defeats the purpose of even closing the entrance gate in the first place. There have been a few break ins, especially recently. A little girl was recently attacked and stabbed coming home from school and they didn t even send out a notice about the incident. I found out on the news. The one and only time I had to call maintenance to my apartment (for the air conditioner) it took them 2 weeks to come fix it. I ve never been late on my rent, but when the apartment I m moving to called to verify my rental history with them, they told them I owed them like $1500. WTH''' After I called and cursed them out, they contacted the other complex and corrected themselves. I am so glad I get to leave this month, because I honestly would go crazy if I had stay here any longer.
