Well, I just moved here from NC about a month ago because my company is expanding its base. So far my experience has been a pleasant one. I notice that it's a lot of contruction going on and work being done on the property. My girlfriend told me about this place but, said for me to be careful. I read the crime ratings for this area and was a little nervous but, since moving in the gate is always working and the people in the leasing office are really nice. My daughter is going to the after school program and she is even learning to speak spanish. So, I know this complex has a bad rep but, as far as I can see it is improving by the minute.

This must be a worker. the workers in the front office are nice but they are not about there business. my sister lives there and she lives on collingwood in the 1500 building where the ceiling fell in and theymoved her to another apartment that is even worse off

There is a leasing stuff name is Ronald Jones. He is terrible. so rude to people.
Not safe at all. My friend's apt was robbed in the daytime.
