I have been there for almost a year and the best experience I havve had is dealing with Maria in the office. The manager, Betty, is a slob and she is a b**ch. I had an incident with the maintenance man 'breaking' into my apartment and stealing all of my electronics! I would not have known it was him, had someone in the office not tipped me off about it and then he used my debit card and he is still working there! I was told that he does this alot and that Betty is very aware of his actions and will not do anything to correct them because she gets a part of it also! They are slow on maintenance requests (they will probably tell you they don't have a key to your apartment after the 10th call, then somehow magically get into your apartment when it's timem to spray or do fire inspections). This has been the worse experience I have ever had and I would not recommend this apartment to anyone...I can hear every move the people underneath me make as if they are in my house.

whoever wrote this is a ------- lie...some people will do and say anything for free rent(cheap Tramp), dont believe everything u read...Madison Hills Is one of the best properties in marietta..and unfortunately u cant satisfy everyone especialy felons who use other peoples identity to get apartments...Lieing fat ----- doesnt know what shes talking about...But if u want to learn how to be an expert in deception get ahold of the person whos posted this ridiculous comment she's a pro of deceit..

As a resident of Madison Hills, first of all let me say that I have lived here for almost two years...I have seen this place grow alot, from nothing to something...it's not perfect but nothing really is....the person writing the initial comment is apparently upset, and blaming just anybody, without evidence, however the person in the first response has some information about the writer that would actually make everyone believe she got a taste of her own medicine...and if it really happened, law enforcement should have been involved, and they would have took care of( having said that they got evidence on what the first writer is accusing staff about)...better yet facts need to be correct before running their fingers and typing BS on this

People should not accuse anyone of anything unless they have seen it with their own eyes. You can't rely on he said, she said crap!! Where would we be if everyone did this??? The person writing the review is going by what someone else said...not by facts!! People shouldn't come on here saying horrible things about someone else, unless they know they are true!! Geez...let's all be mature adults here.

I agree with the second writer. Since the second person has information on the first, I think it's Karma but if it is true what the first writer said...Karma is not at the hands of a single person. They will eventually get theirs. But from what I read, if he used her debit card then I guess there would be evidence and hopefullly if it is true, it will be brought to light. I am also a residence of Madison HIlls and outside of the typical having to call several times for maintenance requests, I have no problem but I have heard from the law enforcement that patrols the area that there have been a couple similar situations as the first writer stated happending in the area but it's not my business! I just feel that everyone has their right to their opinion and it's not right that the second writer put all that information which I agree with the third write-shows that it's someone from the inside and not just readers like you and I.
