Very Spacious

For your family and the thousands of ROACHES you share your apartment with!!! Maintence won't come. I don't think they have hired anyone yet though. The office greets you with a Smile from property manager Betty To Assist Manager Tameka to leasing Agent Carolina and if you ask them if they have a pest problem they will lie to you in your face but keep that beautiful smile. Once you get your key and moved in you will meet your roach roommates. You will then have to call every week to be added to the pest control list to spray.(not sure why. The whole complex is infected with roaches) With the serious pest problem they should spray twice a week automatically. But they only spray once. IF THAT!!! Yes even though you place your apartment on the list everyweek the pest guy just might not come to your apartment. I guess he gets tired or something. If you are lucky enough to have Terminex visit you he will tell you if you can understand him("English is very little for him") that "I using the best solution mix and that I no have to spray again for 8 weeks. They be gone in bout 8 weeks" Yes I didn't understand it either, but what I do know is each apartment and the outside of the buildings need to be sprayed twice a week. Or at least every 5 days.

On a positive note... Well kinda. The office strongly advise you in get rental insurance. It's benefitial cause they break in to apartments alot at Madison Hills. The access gate stays broke. They don't have screens on your windows(run ac or invite more bugs) and won't put them on there either. I guess it's not having a maintence guy or at least don't seem like it. Tile in the kitchen is installed wrong just thrown up as well as floors In dining and kitchen area. Makes for great hiding places for the roaches if they can't get back inside the breakfast bar. Big Holes by the pipes makes it easy for the roaches to commute from apartment to apartment. I'm sorry did I mention they have a Free after school program' Yes they do! See Madison Hills is not all bad! Well if your ready to move in today come right in and ask for Betty! We can't wait to see you, Sincerely, Your new neighbor :-D

Very true!!!! Very bad pest problem and the office is extremely sorry.
