*Garbage removal is poor and is frequently, stacked by the front entrance which is where the dumpster is placed, also where your visitors are sure to see it. *Dishwashers/refrigerators/HVAC's are old and in-efficient; I personally had a $250 power bill for an 850 s.f. unit.
*Parking is insufficient
*Units have peeling paint and plaster as well as visible signs of water damage
*Maintenance staff is slow...I've waited 3 days to have a toilet repaired.
