When I moved down from NY I was thinking about the Gables on Franklin Street. With yells and screams from family members not to move there, they suggested Wood Knolls.

Overall it was cool.

With the pool I never been in, the gates that are forever broken because people want to trail behind someone, the trash that seems to always pill-up out of no where, the parking space you are suppose to have next to your building but can't because someone is having a party and the stray cats that just appear at your door step, the complex was cool.

I mean if you need somewhere to stay, it's in a cool location with a reasonable rent but if you want to spend a little extra for a better location, I suggest you do that.
