Grounds are immaculate. Maintenance requests are handled immediately. The building I live in is extremely quiet.
The office staff could not be more helpful and friendly.

Yes, the trash piles up in the front; however, consider the alternative. Do you really want to be awakened by trash pick-up next to your apartment building'
