I think the Management thinks EVERYONE is illiterate or unable to read English, how else do you explain the "fluffed up" reviews'
Madison at the Knoll, as if that legitimizes this ghetto, is a toilet.
It's fiesta time every day and night. And the pool is filthy and full of scary people doing who knows what. If you too want to live 5 in a one bedroom, and make noise 24/7 and treat where you live like a dump, this is for you. You are their target customer.
Stray cats, trash, dirty, old, uncared for and uncared ABOUT property. Nothing gets taken care of, nothing fixed, just phony smiles and fake Southern charm. It's condecending. If you want to be have a quiet, clean, well maintained building, move on. And spread the word. Everyone I spoke to (at Realty Co.s too) has heard AWFUL things. I am glad we moved, the new place in Kennesaw is MUCH better.
