I move to this specific Apt Complex 2 years ago. at first they were great and very polite. But then we started to have problems with mgmt not doing their job to customer expectations, maint. not repairing issues on a timely matter and haven't to go to the office at least 4-5 times evertyime there was an issue to finally get a resolution, which in most cases repairs were not satisfactory or the same problem wil occur shortly after showing the don't do a good job first time. Then it came this hit and runs with no word of what has been done. Then the garbage, oh my gosh, many times when you are entering or exciting the complex, piles and piles of garbage are at the entrance (bad bad impression, specially during the summer when it will smell some bad sometimes). Then comes the fees, I understand that every business has it policies, but you can expect to give a person a fine of $30 for leaving the garbage overnight outside the door, when the apt complex does it 100 times more and we can't complain or fined them.

Anyways, I do not recommend this complex mainly because of the many inconveniences. Is not a terrible place to be, because the facilities, apts, etc are nice, but the should seriously consider some major mgmt improvements. If you are in college great, like me because is convenient. However, I will be moving out as soon as my lease expires.
