I thought this would be a good location, but soon learned my mistake. All the other complaints are true. My building is very quiet though sometimes people stand outside their doors and drink and smoke. Very dirty as the trash builds up at the front gate. My A/C was broken for 5 days, and my heat was broken not 3 months later for 2 days. Very slow to respond, and office staff doesn't care in the least. They didn't even apologize, much less offer any recompence. There's big holes in the fence, so I don't know why they bother to have a gate.
A lot of people suggested I move to another apartment when I first moved in. I wished I had listened to them. Listen to me move somewhere else.
