The offer was too good to be true.After signing the lease and paying one hundred dollars for the application fee I was declined for a misdemeanor charge of simple battery. It happened multiple years ago too. They made me feel like a real criminal. Also,the leasing consultants were very unorganized and unprofessional.I do not recommend anybody to apply or live in this complex.They would rather steal your application fee then move you in.If you have any misdemeanor charges in your past of any kind apply at your own risk.
