I currently live here and the place is a DUMP. When I moved in back in February I had a list of items to get done and do you think that they were done' No they were not. When I moved in and was putting stuff away in the kitchen cabinets there was dry spilled food in the cabinets and ants everywhere. You would think that before I moved in that the place would have been cleaned. They did replaced the carpet but did not even vacuum the place before I moved in, I had to do it. I needed a gasket on the refrigerator replaced and it took them 4 weeks to replace it. I thought by replacing the gasket it would fix the problem of the refrigerator from running all the time but it has not because it is so old. It is going on 4 weeks now on replacing the frig and still nothing. I had asked to have my ceiling fan fixed, nope did not happen so I put one up myself. Oh don't be late with your rent. It also helps if you speak a second and third language because I now know where all the illegal immigrants are now. Hey INS come visit and round these people up. Everyday when I leave I see the referal sign, I would not refer this place to anyone.
