You had better be a good judge. Between the ants and cochroaches in a popularity contest, and the neighbors fighting to see who's car stereo is louder at 2 a.m., it's hard to enjoy any time spent here. 1 out of 3 cars are inoperable. People park in multiple spots without a care. Don't call for pest control unless you want a man with a spray can in a tackle box knocking on your door. Spend the extra $100 a month somewhere else for some peace of mind.
