This apartment is very spacious for the asking price...Since I worked in midtown, it was very convenient for me to just hit the interstate....I loved the spacious bathroom and extra storage spaces....As far as management goes, the only person I found to be helpful was Kelly...not sure if she's still there, but she was on top of everything--including maintenance issues....Aside from her, everyone else seemed to care less once you moved in....Also,there's alot of noises especially on the weekends...AND, when I moved out, I was charged an additional $75 for leaving a lamp & small desk behind--which had I known, I would've donated to someone already...All in all, I would probably lease here again if I was still working in Atlanta considering how affordable it is...

there are better apartments in alpharetta for like a little more than this but same sq ft. it's def noisy on the weekends people don't care if it's late and that people have to wake up and go to school. People take up 2 parking spaces for a piece of ----. they want you to pick up your dogs ---- but never have the courtesy bags. So it always smells like dog ---- cause no one cares.
