Madison at the Knolls!! The apartments fee should go down, because te quality sucks!!. Our lease is up in May and I cannot wait. It is so true that they just walk in on you. The agents are ok but they do not make sure that the things in the apartment get fixed. The maintence men need help so bad. The bugs used to be crazy, but when I had to ask them to come every Tuesay to spray they calmed down. It is like pulling teeth with a screw driver to get anything done at all. They still need to fix our dishwasher, second restroom, bathroom litght switch, put strips down to prevent cold air from seeping in, finish padding the carpet since the residence upstaris water heater broke. Hell, we on purpose decided, if they cannot fix our needed items on time then we would not pay the rent when they wanted. Yes! We would have to pay a late fee but we renewed on the month to month so that our last month we can pay the fees and never look back at this Madison At the Knolls Complex. If I see anyone renting, I am going to warn them to find another place. This complex is not even worth a penny. When we moved in the cleaning crew that they have is horrible, I had to have them come back and re-clean everything from top to bottom they sent the cleaning manager and she was not good either. So, I cleaned and took pictures. Gracious, they need to close down and remodel. RUNNNNN FASTTTTTTT FROMMM MADISON AT THE KNOLLS IN MARIETTA GA RUNNNNNNNN AND DONOT LOOOKKKKKK BACK EVER!! True it may be convient for some, for me it was but the inside of the aparments gets thumbs down!!!!! Sorry for the Typo's

Everything that is stated is correct. The simply truth is the apartment are old and need to be remodeled. The leasing agents do not care if the apartments are in order before the new tenant moves. When you move into a apartment everything should be working and the apt should be clean. The painting is horrible. Things are half painted. Knobs and other things are painted over. Missing fixture dirty carpet. The apartments are spacious that is only good thing. It still doesn't make you want to stay Maintenance doesn't care they don't have the help so they just half do the work. They spend more time socializes and watching the women then the apt they are suppose to working on. Low Moral and I don't care attitude is what is to expected around the complex. If you want an outdated apt with old appliance and a half done paint job please feel free to consider this apt. It all depends on what you are use to. If you are use to high living conditions, clean, modern(appliances, carpet and professional appearance please find another apt complex to move into They charge a very high price for water. Also they have a problem with Carpenter bees. I try to warn anyone who comes to this complex looking for apt. The leasing agent Sharon she smiles in your face and then lies about the apt. All she wants to do is get Her commission. She never takes the time to find out in the apt is working correctly. Never follows through on anything. One;s you are in the apt she doesn't care about anything else.
