This place is so old and in desperate need of remodeling! I can't believe all of the peeling paint on the outside of the buildings -- it's clear to me that management does not care. The appliances are really old, my carpet is thread bare and the "gated entrance" is just about ALWAYS broken. I thought the price was right, but when I see what I'm getting, I don't think it is worth it. They do charge way too much for water -- it makes me not care when my water runs, becasuse I know I've more than paid for it. I picked the apartment with a fireplace -- well, guess what, the fireplace does not work and I was told nobody ever uses them anyway. I wish I was told that BEFORE I moved in. I won't complain about maintenance -- that's probably the only good thing about this place. I seriously doubt that I will renew my lease.
