Parkside at Town Center formerly Caswyck Parkside
AVERAGE RATING

Caswyck Parkside is a wonderful complex. Well managed. Quick response to any requests. If you have any complaints you can move out within the first 30 days...no questions asked. So would think you would know if the trains bothered you during that time. All you have to do is to select an apartment away from the train tracks...duh.
There are beautiful settings in other buildings. I can see the North Georgia mountains from my balcony. This is the second Canon complex and I choose it for the very reason that the personnel are so well trained and qualified to assist you.
I have recommended the complex to others and received referral payments. No problems here. It is lovely.

I'm starting to get scared. When you pick up those rent magazines, all the apartments look so go. I mean, they look beautiful. I read the review on a beautiful apartment featured on the cover of one of those mags, and the review was horrible. How scary! I am a 40-ish single, black female from California. I moved all the way across the country to Georgia, and now I am scared. There isn't much to choose from. I live in one of the cheapest apartments in Marietta that I was hoping to move from once I get a good job, but now see that maybe I should stay put. I wanted a newer, larger apartment, but at least I feel safe here and don't get bothered by other people.
I saw Parkside the other day when I was on Cobb Parkway and thought it looked gorgeous. I don't want to be afraid of neighbors. I don't want to live in a ghetto or around low-class people. I don't want to hear rap or rock music blasting and I don't want my apartment to get robbed or to find that I can't get a decent parking space.
Your review sounds pretty good, but really, how bad are the other tenants on the whole and how bad is the parking situation?

I have lived in this community for several years and can see how the management and property maintenance have gone downhill. I use to call this a nice place to live but since the drug busts I no longer feel safe here. When my lease ends this time, I will not renew. It may be time to switch managers or change the management company to make necessary improvements to the community.
