The reason I used the dollar signs in the name of the complex, is because that is all that matters to them. The apartments are great, poorly maintained, can I tell you how lazy the maintenance men are. I seen one one day take 5 minutes to pick up a piece of trash because the litttle thing they bought him to pick up the trash with wouldn't pick it up, finally he bent over (shock) and picked it up by hand. The neighbors are noisy, the parking is ridiculous, I am currently looking into how many spots are alloted per apartment because they is some regulations somewhere. I think the office staff is among the poorest, I have had better treatment at a gas station. You do have to admit, there grand until the signing of the lease, after you sign on the dotted line, that is what you can expect. Very low tenant concerns, very much a "click" oriented property as far as the residents go and the staff. A lot of fraternizing goes on at this complex with the office staff and the "special" tenants. Anyone that lives here will see, they do not hide it.
