I really don't have any problems with this complex. The train doesn't bother me at all, and I have a great view of Kennesaw Mt. The pool is great! The only thing I would say is NOT to sign a rent consession! They mark up the price and then offer a rent concession to lower it by about $200. Only problem is if you try to get out of your lease, they charge you the rent concession amount for every month you have lived there.
