I hate that I wasted so much time here!

I was so happy when I first started living here until about 3 weeks into it when for some reason I had an infestation of bees! Guess what...no one cared! I had to find out where they were coming from on my own. After the whole thing was done I ended up with a large cup full of dead bees!
The windows mold after it rains. The doors are so loose that the wind can cause the door chime to go off making you think you had opened the door!
My neighbors are horrible! They leave trash all over the place and are never told by management to clean it up. Parking is horrible! not enough spaces for the people who actually live here and the garages are overpriced! I have seen the cops outside on a number of occasions and as a single girl living alone I have a HUGE problem with that!
The gates are open more times than they are closed...don't bother paying for a "gated community" when that's not what you get.
Most of all I am sooo dissapointed with the staff. I understand that in apartments the management changes from time to time but give me a break! The only reason the office staff is even working there is to get a good price on a place to live there which means they could care less if you're happy or not! I wrote a letter to the management to make them aware of my concerns and about the fact that there has been trash sitting in my hallway for over a month and received no response! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, not even an enemy!

I can't speak for the time you lived here but I have been here two years and things have changed dramatically. Sure there are some crappy neighbors here and there but it is a good place to live and the office staff is now very involved and awesome. The manager is really good. I hope he is here for a long time.
