There have been police incidents that are never addressed. Bugs never controlled. The best part, the manager - TAMARA BRYANT - extremely unprofessional. Is constantly on a power trip sending residents notes on how to maintain their houses. If you call for a maintenance issue she will take forever to respond. Ever lived at an apartment with no EMERGENCY NUMBER' if you have an issue then you will have to live with it until the office opens. Residents are micro-managed on how to clean, how to park, how to arrange furniture, who can visit, who can stay over. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Don't let the $650 rent fool you. Keep driving. If not be prepared for misery because this is the WORST place ever. OH, and security is non-existent.

I totally agree with you. I just moved out and I have a husband and two kids and we couldn't even go to the pool together. There were lots of other issues but to everyone out there don't move in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
