Love it here..............the manager Tamara Bryant does her job like I have never seen any other manager. She is very conscious and attentive of unauthorized people not on the lease. She makes sure that residents have adequate parking so that residents are not irritated over not having room to park. She has even been seen monitoring unauthorized people in the swimming pool. She makes sure residents are very informed of all rules. She will even take time to hear any and all work order issues. Plus she will make sure your next door neighbor keeps the peace and quietness. She does have zero tolerance but she does give you warnings so that you are informed. She is very pleasant to deal with and I have never had a problem out of maintenance or management. The maintenance is very good at fixing all work orders in a timely manner. He knows his job and he has taken care of work order issues after business hours. The crime is considerable zero........ I have never seen such a pleasant, quiet community in a long time since I left New York. I have to say the six month lease term is very good because you only have to give a 30 day notice. So when I decide to buy my house I am not lock into a lease. They never renew your lease. You just stay on a month to month and they don't charge extra. Most of all, it is all electric, no gas, and management pays for the water. Very fair, my electric bill was only $59.56 for the month of Sept. 2008. I can't even say that I paid this in NY. I am glad the manager and maintenace are on their JOB! One more thing when they give you until the 5th to have your rent in without any late fees. Guest what the late fees are $15 on the 6th and $5.00 per day. If you can't afford to live here you can't afford to live anywhere. For the money, I think it is so worth it. Security lights are well-lit at night so you can actually see everything and there is absolutely no one I mean no one that hangs out at night. Come 10, 11, or 12 am you will only see yourself.
