This is a great area and no police cars are hanging out like at my old apartment complex. The manager was very professional and handled all my concerns if there were any. And the maintenance was excellent. I never had to worry about him not fixing things. The property is well lighted and soooooooooo quiet all the time. The best thing is that I did not have to pay alot for utilities and the only utility bill I had was my electric which was very cheap. I like the fact of having only a six month lease. They even had low late fees which was only $75.

you must have missed the Police/Resident meeting at the next door Fair Oaks Park. The area has been going downhill and for a while the police would park in the complex as an added measure! This rating is suspicious!
