I lived at Plantation Crossing for three years, the last 6 months I lived with a pond of raw sewage behind my building. When I called the office to notify them of the problem I heard nothing but excuses. One lady in the office blamed us tenants for the problem because we put to much greese down our drains! Why dont you just do your JOB and FIX the PROBLEM!!!
maintenance was ok untill this new staff was hired. Cobb county lives on the complex, they are out here EVERY DAY! This is not a safe place to live if you have children....It's not a safe place to live if you dont have children.A TRUE PLANTATION

In my experience with this apartment complex over the years have been GOOD & BAD. In 2001 our unit was robbed NO ONE in the leasing office said anything! And come to find out that the burglary was an INSIDE JOB!!! One of the maintenance worker notified their family member of what we had in our place. THANK GOD WE ARE MOVING OUT!!!!!!
