I have resided at Plantation Crossing apartments for seven months. It is one of
the nicest places I have ever lived. The
manager is very nice and very helpful. The
neighbors are nice. The grounds are kept in
excellent condition and are beautiful. After
living downtown Atlanta for many years, the
trees, shrubs and flowers are a very cheerful
sight. The maint. crew are hard working, courteous and prompt. We all just must under
stand that emergencies come first. Also, there is also a maint. crew member on call
after hours and on weekends and holidays.
The swimming pool is very clean and the
area around it is very nice. It is a good
place to just sit and relax. The pool is
safe for kids. There are no diving boards
and the water is only 5 feet deep at its
deepest point. Parking is convenient to
the apartment. The atmosphere for the
most part is quiet and relaxing. The
apartments are nice. The rooms are
spacious. The sunroom is a good place
for pets to view the surroundings or play
or nap. My cat is very happy here. She is
ten years old and when we lived downtown
we lived on the sixth floor and she never
had any close contact with the outside. She
is a totally indoor cat. The window sills
in the living rooms are down low and are
roomy enough for a cat to sit in and watch
what is happening on the outside. She really
enjoys the sun room with its five windows -
she loves to watch me leave in my car and
come back. The bedroom is a good size, the
kitchen has everything you need plus plenty
of cabinet space. Each unit is equipped with
a washer and dryer. My air conditioner
broke and maint crew replaced it quickly,
I lost my keys one night and called the
maint crew man on call, he not only came
right away and opened my door, but he had
found my lost keys on his way over.
All in all, I am very happy here and if
you are looking for a nice place to live
where the neighborhood has singles, families
couples and nice pets come and check out
plantation crossing - you will be very happy
that you did.

amen!This had to be written by someone who worked here.I dont know anyone who is THAT happy with this place. Heck I know of very few who are happy at all!
