This used to be a quiet and nice complex so its a shame its gone downhill so much. It was a pretty basic place without a lot of amenities, maintenance was a little slow, but not too bad. The floorplans are nice and large. The cabinetry is dated and the appliances are not of the best quality (at least in my unit). It started going downhill with the rotating management, a new crew every year. There were some minor improvements made causing the rent increases at renewal time to go from 10/month to 50/month. The biggest problem I have is the huge spike in crime. In the past year an apartment has been broken into, two cars broken into, an armed robbery in the parking lot (I kid you not). Its gotten so bad the management sent letters to all residents informing them of the incidents and cautioning them to keep their doors locked. This isn't a gated community and there are no alarm systems in the apartments, so we're a little exposed. I no longer feel remotely safe here and will definately not be renewing my lease any more.
