I have lived in this complex since the beginning of 2003- it surely has its bad points and a few good ones. It isnt badly priced and the floorplans are nice. Hopefully you will not have the nightmare neighbors like several of us have or have had. Management talks a good talk to get you in but unless you really push the issue lots of things get over looked. when the neighbors are quiet, it isnt too bad. We have a pool, it is ok, it seems to stay dirty though, there is a hot tub, but it hasnt worked since I have lived here. The tennis courts were recently resurfaced but I dont play tennis so it isnt a plus for me.
