Do you want to be frustrated all the time. You can put in work orders with the office but don't expect it to get done anytime soon. They don't care about you or your safety. The apartments don't even have smoke detectors. First apartments I have lived in that did not have them. I have not lived here very long and they have not impressed me at all. I am paying a small amount for rent and it is not even worth the amount that I pay. You might be paying less rent but the apartment sucks so bad that you will make up for it in the utilities. Air conditioner is worthless and I can imagine what the heat is going to be like in the winter. I would much rather pay one hundred to two hundred dollars more to be in a nicer apartment than pay the small amount for this ---- hole. But of course I am stuck in this ---- hole now. Please don't move here and maybe they will finally do something. They want to spend money on taking care of the outside of the building and not taking care of the inside because they think it will draw attention but guess what, I have contacted Clark Howard and he is going to tell people to stay away from this place. You are going to continue to rent to the low life scums that have to steal to pay their rent. There has been three breakins since I moved in and I know of one eviction so what kind of people are you are trying to attract' I wish I could move out, if it would not cost me money to leave I would. I dont think that is fair, that you have to sign a lease and then you cant get out of it if your not happy. This place sucks!!!! I would not recommend it to my worst enemy
