I have lived at Plantation Ridge for two years and it is an okay apartment. Although there are people that sometimes act up (similar to what the other reviews commented on), this is normal in any "cheap" complex. Overall, I have been pleased with the apartment complex. I have a one bedroom apartment and I have to call for pest control every other month because (like every apartment in Georgia) ants occur and water bugs thatcome in through the sunroom (then again, a sun room is considered a balcony). When I moved in, I was concerned about price and the price is right and the apartment is worth it. The staff is friendly, although people will treat and talk to you the way you talk to them. When you are looking for an apartment, you will get what you pay for. What I am paying, $575.00 a month, it is worth it and I am happy here until I save up enough money to get my home.
