I have not seen the problems previous submiters have mentioned. Yes, there are loud people, but there are loud people everywhere and I can honestly say I have very quiet nights here. I have never had to call the police. I have never heard anyone shouting outside. I have never heard cars racing.
I have had several maintenance calls that were answered in a timely manner and I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. If you go to someone with a bad attitude, what do you think you'll get' They didn't know of your problem before you told them and they certainly didn't cause it. But you tell them what's wrong, with some common sense and concern, and they will fix it!
As for bugs, I think that's a Georgia thing! Seriously, I have seen two waterbugs since I moved here and it was after a hot, muggy spell. Ants can be a problem, but only if you keep your place a place for them to want to be (catch me,here') Be clean :)
I admit, the gym could use some improvement, but most of the machines work and the pool is in order (though children are sometimes there unsupervised) That's when I get loud and tell them they should go until they are there with an adult.
Overall, this is the best apartment I have been in (of three) since I have been in Marietta.
