Unresponsive managment, low-class neighborhood

Over the past nine months that I have lived at Plantation Ridge, I have been sorely disappointed in the choice I made. We moved into an apartment that was disgusting--moldy tile throughout, stained carpet, torn and damanged wallpaper, and a terrible paint job that is full of the last tenant's black hairs! It took months of requests and eventually complaints to get anything done, and still some of my maintenance issues have not been dealt with. Every piece of equipment in the fitness center is broken and has been for as long as I've been there, and the general quality of the neighborhood is very poor and low-class. My neighbors play loud rap music all the time and harass me when I go to and from my apartment. My husband and I moved here because we thought it would be a nice, family environment in the suburbs, but we will be moving out as soon as our lease expires.
