I've got a 1400 sq ft, 2br, 1 1/2 ba townhouse w/ sunroom, eat-in kit, & sep. dining rm for $776/mo. That's pretty good east of I-75. The property is 30 years old, so you have to keep on the management to do the maintenance to keep your apartment up, but if you do, it's pretty nice. Three bedroom flats are even cheaper. Car care, pool, fitness facility. There's a long, tree-lined driveway, so you can't hear street noise.
