My girlfriend and I were very pleased when we first saw the apartments but they tend to hide their mistakes before you actually move into the apartment. They actually try and disguise the problem instead of fixing it. We had a list of problems when we moved in. BUGS!!! Galore when we moved into our first apartment and also had the counter sink tops painted with wall paint! We then moved into a new townhouse which they promised was better and no bugs. After we finished moving all of our stuff and we started spraying for bugs the entire kitchen was infested with roaches. So that night we had to move everything back out into the old one. Fortunatly the office staff agreed to free us from the lease and we also are getting all of our money back except for the water bill. I would not recomend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a good place to live. It is a run down apartment complex that should be shut down or handed over the Georgia Health Department or Local Housing Code.
