My experience was terrible! From day one when I moved in and had to clean the dirt out of the tub so I could shower after moving all day, too the two separate floods (it took 5 days to have the water extracted, made all my clothes and belongings smell like sour milk and ruined my furniture) because the apts are so old and under maintained that water pipes would just burst. The staff in the office should all be fired! They treat their residents with no respect. They shrug off your problems and request, loose paper work, close the office early because they are ready to go home, and hardly ever answer the phone when you try and call to speak with someone. They have total disregard for the residents and the quality and condition of the complex. I think the only thing that the maintenance staff does well is ride around on the golf carts and post notices on the residents doors. There is an insect infestation like I have never seen. You can??t walk outside to your car or the discus ting laundry facilities with out having to dodge the roaches running under your feet. I had my unit sprayed numerous times and the spiders and cockroaches and ants always came back. Even if you keep your unit clean your can bet that one of your neighbors is living in a breading ground for these pests. If you don??t like getting woken up by domestic disputes, fist fights, and bass booming out of the car passing by your apt. At 3 or 4 am on a Tuesday, stay away from this place. After all of this being brought to their attention, over and over again, I had to threaten to sue and contact the regional manager just so I could get out of my lease ONE month early. Yes, I know that the rent is cheap and its in a convenient location but please heed my warning and DONT DO IT!
