A recent burglery was reported and the management released a notice on the doors of all the apartments. Certain residents continue to terrorize the neighborhood with booming bass at late hours of the night. The incessant noise makes peaceful living almost impossible.

I attempted to request for the filter on the air conditioning unit to be replaced but after two weeks of calling every day I gave up. There was a leaking drain from the air conditioning units in the apartments above me resulting in water pooling in my unit. After another two weeks of calling every day a maintenece man finally came to address the problem. Afterwards they sent a carpet cleaner to treat the carpet to avoid mildew. I sleep during the day and work at night. The agent



entered my apartment unannounced while I was sleeping and gave me the shock of my life. The management had never called to warn me of any additional work to be done and for all I knew he was an intruder.

The only way I've been able to get any results from the front office was to call the corporate office and file complaints.

There is no safety here! Vandalism and crime are very high and the police won't help until you're bleeding or dead.
