Well I have a cousin living there now and he has plumbing issues as well. His water heater has a bad leak and the bathroom sink floods the floors.. His thermostat does not work properly, (so you know his electric bill is high) He has a 1 bedroom apartment and have not been satisfied since he moved in (AUGUST 2006)....He is now being charged 200 dollars more on his rent because he withheld his rent until repairs were made. (this issue is happening as we speak) OH, I forgot to mention he has had to replace his carpets upon moving in because of the flooding..
