Well Before i start with complains, let me give some good points:
1. Very close to main road and shopping places, fast food places etc.
2. Majority time quite and cool
3. Apartments are bigger for the price.

Now the mains points which makes you not to continue living here:
1. Management: Its not there at all.
Since the time we moved, for every reapir, complain and service, we personally need to follow-up for atleast 4-5 times, otherwise they won't even bother to look into it. emergency service, JUST FORGET IT, they are alwasy short of people to take care of things, so anything lodged today will be noticed after several days, IF YOU ARE LUCKY.

2. Bills are very high:
I have many friends, who are from same background and have similar apartments, but when we discuss about Water and Electricity bills, they always get surprised that how come we have SUCH HIGH BILLS'
I dont know how, but can you imagine for 1 Bed 1 Bath apartment, without Washer Dryer, with regular use, our (Just me and my wife) water bill comes to wopping $55-$60. And it is paid to the apartment so you dont know how much actually goes to the them. Electricity bills, I set my Water heater to low and service guys come and turn it to high, for 750 sq. ft. Apartment my electricity bill comes like $65-$70, whereas we hardly watch TV, We are not home whole day.

3. Manager is not available on weekends, so if you need to meet him, you need to take off and come to office. Majority of time office staff doesnt pick up the phone, dont reply your messages and when they get available they can't answer your query. and As you guessed...manager is not there to come to phone.

4. Bumpy Ride Inside:
Internal roads have become so bad, that driving feels like you are on some roller coaster drive.
