Putting in a requests for routine repairs becomes a problem. Always put all requests in writing so you can have something admissable in court to show negligence. You cannot call up to the front office and talk to a real person. You cano only leave messages or talk to the answering service. There is widespread crime in the neighborhood and the gang members ride their cars through the complex late at night with their bass booming. I have not had a night uninterrupted by loud bass thumping since just after I moved in. There have been two murders, several break ins, vandalized cars and a major fire in one of the units since I moved in in 2006. I'm moving out before the end of 2007. Stay away if you value your peace of mind.
