I moved in May 26th...its now July 9th. Ok In the past two weeks I have put in 4 work orders on the maintence line, and left 2 messages in the office. I have not heard a word! It is a little bit frustrating. Also I have some hoolums that live below me. I have yet to get a water bill but from reading previous reviews im scared to! My elec bill was 28$ for only 13 days! that is my first bill..still waiting on the second. On a good note though I do like the apt itself. Its very large and for the money I suppose its not to bad. I use the gym everyday, and fortunately there is a very nice maintence man who comes to work at 530 am and opens it for me every morning. So that is a nice thing! The pool tends to be dirty and there is always way to many ppl there for me to even consider going down to it, on the weekends if u get there early say before 12 its nice to lay out and relax by. The bugs....now Im from the north (NY) and I have never had bug problems like here. Two days after Orkin came in and sprayed my place I still have those stupid baby palmetto bugs...at least thats what i think they are. Constantly finding them in my sink. I am a very clean person so this freaks me out! Overall Id say this place deserves a 2.
