i have lived in p ridge a little over a year. we just renewed our lease unwillfully,but thank giod my husband is military and he just received orders, so we're breaking our lease this week!!
first off, i wish i knew the leasing people's names, but they change so often, i can't keep up! i will just describe them. one girl is really big and the other girl is big too. they're both black. the other chick is white. then there's derrick, the maintenance supervisor. that has to be the crappiest team of maintenance people known. although, one guy did turn my cable on for free!! props to him. you can never contact the leasing office. when you do contact them, they always give you the run around. i have seen bugs i dont even know the names of. the police are always out here. the trash dumpsters are always overflowing with crap! they spent all that money on a new headstone for the entry of the apts., but can't spend the money for the grounds upkeep!! then they always got all these damn -------- walking around like they're working, but outside still looks like pure ----!! the only areas that look decent are the areas closest to the leasing office.

i had to go around there and act a straight fool in order to get service done!! i mean a straight fool!! i told them i would tear that whole leasing office up if nobody showed up at my apt. in the next half hour to fix my maintenance requests!! of course, someone was there asap!! and i stood there and watched them the whole time and made them wait there while i double cjecked everything!!

this is by far the worst place i have ever lived!! the building that burned down is still ----ed all up!!! then they wanna go up on the rent!! i cant' wait to go!!
