If you've ever been in the Marietta area you probably noticed that there are some rough areas and the apartments are no exception, especially on Franklin Road.

But fortunately, there's Post Bridge (now called Post Mill) and with their gated access, background checks, security guards, and excellent staff I feel like I can walk around the aparment complex without fear of getting mugged.

The apartment itself is pretty nice compared to others in the area. It is showing its age though but I have to admit the apartment is really good considering it's almost 20 years old. I've seen apartments just 5 years old that look like dumps. The staff does an excellent job keeping up the high standards that Post Properties is known for.

Even though this is a bit more expensive than the surrounding apartments I highly recommend this. I'd rather pay an extra $100-200 a month for a peace of mind.
