This complex is awful. First of all, it is for sale (which Post will not admit), and the complex across the street just went Section 8. Post Bridge is very unsafe, cars get broken into constantly and clothes get stolen from laundry rooms. The overall appearance of the place has gone down immensely since I moved in. Post allows any low life to move in here now because of the economy. I know for a fact that drugs are a problem here and if you have a concern, Post tells you to call the police instead of bothering them with it. The security gates might as well not be there, people follow you through regardless of whether or not their car gets hit by the gate. Many construction people live here so watch out for their vans with ladders sticking out. Apartments are often broken into, which is surprising because many residents here do not have jobs and are home all day (which usually means they stay up all night and party in the streets). I have heard gunshots on numerous occasions so be careful at night. Also, do not let your children or pets in the street. People drive through going way too fast and have been known to hit cars and leave. Just know that if you think you're getting a good deal, you probably aren't. They constantly run specials because of all the vacancies. Save yourself trouble and don't move here.
