I had visited several apartment communities with my son in the Marietta area. The one that impressed me the most was Princeton Place. The apartments are reasonably priced. While touring the community, I was pleased to see that the community was well kept. They explained that they have a crime free program. This made my son and I happy, as this is his first apartment. The staff was friendly and helpful in answering our questions. We will rent an apartment.
