I lived in these apartments for several months and experienced all of the things mentioned in other postings. I had excessive roaches which I had to keep out of the food and water of my pets--horrible. I never kept anything in the provided storage space as the one time I opened the door five HUGE roaches fled quickly. I also was followed up to my apartment by a guy who would verbally harass me whenever he saw me. I had to call the police when my downstairs neighbors had their fourth blow-out fight (in one week) in the middle of the night. I was miserable! I finally left, and had to break my lease--I didn't care what it took. I am now being pursued by a credit agency claiming I owe money to Crescent, upwards of $700.00--I am confident that there is a way out of this as they do not offer a safe or even remotely livable environment. David03, I am awfully curious how you were able to fight them on this, please give me further information.
