It was fine the 1st year but now...
Believe it or not this is not somewhere anyone wants to stay. This is ghetto Marietta and I wasn't aware of this. The children are disrespectful, they won't move out of the road, they curse you out,etc. Parents don't watch the younger children playing outside. Let's not talk about the rude ass people in the leasing office.. They lie and tell you that they will put work orders in but they're never done and they act like they are not concerned about the residence. I'm waiting for my lease to be up and I'm outta here.. Nothing gets fixed in a timely manner. Apartments are not worth the charges that they are giving and they are not up to date... I hate staying over here but it's almost over.. The couple under me fight so much I feel like I'm fighting with them because the walls are so thin. The water doesn't get as hot as it should and it take too long to get warm.. They claim they put in new hot water heaters but how could they if the water is not hot when it is supposed to be. Hallways are not kept clean because people put trash in them and leave it there for a couple days, nothing is being said about that. Maintenance rides around making conversation or talking amongst themselves for periods of time, this is why nothing is being fixed. I'm telling everyone who has common sense if you see the special outside PLEASE PASS BY!!
